You don't need a polished story. Our role is to listen, not diagnose you, judge you or tell you what to do.

Use the time however you need. There's no script and no pressure to share more than you want to.

Is Ventieee a therapy or counselling service?
No. Ventieee provides non-clinical listening conversations. Our listeners are not acting as therapists, counsellors or medical professionals. We do not offer diagnosis, treatment or crisis intervention.
Who is the service for?
Ventieee is for adults aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom who want someone to listen.
Is it confidential?
We take privacy seriously, but confidentiality is not absolute. Please read our privacy information and safeguarding information for the full boundaries.
What if I need urgent help?
Ventieee is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For other urgent support, see the support information on our main website.
